MY DUTIES:

- In this position you are at the intersection of business, IT, user experience and emerging technology
- You will be working in the project team matching the business and technical architecture for the new bancassurance solution DSP
- Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist and if not, whether new solutions are feasible
- Create functional descriptions for the solution (or user stories for SCRUM teams to develop) and work together with business, internal departments, suppliers, partners and customers
- Design digital experiences in collaboration with our CX team
- Manage the test of our innovative solutions and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Solid experience as Business Analyst, Requirements Eng. or in Functional Design in Digital Environment
- Jira/Confluence (incl. admininstration skills)
- MS Project
- SQL basic knowledge
