For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Business Analyst for the Derivatives Reforms:

START: ASAP DURATION: 6 months LOCATION: Zürich

Derivatives Reform BCCH Business Analyst for Ops SCD/Global AM:

You will join a global service delivery oriented organization that operates as a centre of expertise and is responsible for the delivery of the change portfolio. This organization is actively managing, in close collaboration with other units, the entire project delivery life cycle from pre-inception phase to ultimate project/program execution. The overall aim will be to consistently deliver high quality, effective and highly competitive change management services to its business partners across the firm.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Experienced Business Analyst for DRR BCCH covering Bilateral Margining and/or SFDR related topics
- Analyse regulatory requirements impact on OTC derivatives products and collateral management processes
- Manage stakeholder approval process
- Manage business and IT stakeholders and activities related to project implementation, obtain approvals
- UAT test case preparation and possibly execution

Requirements:
- Collateral Management Know-How: understand the OTC derivative products and implications of related regulatory requirements
- Credit Risk Management Know-How considered an advantage
- EMIR/Finfrag experience considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, good diagnostics skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively, being able to tailor communications to target audience
- Proven experience in change role (min 5 years in change projects in financial industry)
