Business Analyst Data Management (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Independently manage a small but important project with multiple senior stakeholders
- Breakdown overall project into individual tasks, set deadlines and manage own-work plus that of one other to meet deadlines
- Proactively communicate progress to stakeholders
- Capture and take inputs given in different forms (like verbal, email, surveys)
- Recognize and build clusters, prioritise them and define appropriate next steps
- Fundamental understanding of data structures: flat files, relational tables, mapping tables, aggregations and pivots) and apply this knowledge to new information/data sets

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in project management (e.g.: IT oder technical project management)
- Able to work independently and meet critical deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Fundamental understanding of data structures
- Hands-on mentality with an eye for details
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse personalities and cultures
- Excellent in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Excellent command of English, min. C1 (both verbal and written)
