Business Analyst - £40k to £45k - Southampton

We seek a purist Business Analyst, someone with a true passion for Business Analysis and a believer in a business lead approach.

Essential Skills:

- 3 to 5 years plus of Business Analyst experience.
- Ideally ISEB qualified.
- Experience to gain the right and complete information from the business is a timely manor and know when they have achieved this.
- Able to gain buy in from difficult business users who may be reluctant to collaberate.
- Full exposure to all stages of the project life-cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment).
- Working knowledge of the requirements analysis aspects of UML, specifically domain modelling, use cases, business process modelling and class modelling.
- Experience working on IT projects within CRM, call centre, marketing or sales would be desirable.
