Business Analyst

Fantastic opportunity for a Business Analysts to join a fast paced environment to support the project and operational teams in achieving business and technical outcomes that benefits the users and the operators. The role requires good analytical skill, attention to details and the ability to learn and adapt to the fast changing project environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with Analytic Lead to validate project deliverables against user requirements and business scenarios.
- Assist in documenting acceptance criteria and test cases Gather and analyse user/stakeholder feedback and recommend approaches.
- Develop Change Request documents as required Participate in UAT and field testing.
- Provide user and stakeholder support to field trial and deployment activities.
- Assist in mapping out "As Is" and "To Be" business processes to meet changed or new business requirements.
- Work and maintain project dashboards and review project documents in area of technical solution and training materials.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Good experience in requirement analysis and development.
- Strong experience in test preparation and execution.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Strives to overcome obstacles and where appropriate employs problem-solving techniques in a pragmatic and collaborative manner Self motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure Able to work to defined schedules and plans.
- Not afraid to voice an opinion and constructively challenge views/decisions as appropriate.
- Actively develops good working relationships with all stakeholders.
- You will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in the Transport sector is highly desirable.
