Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on a large-scale digitisation project. You will be working with the business owners, stakeholders, technology services and vendors with designing, developing and delivering business solutions and systems that support the implementation of the digital project.

YOUR DUTIES:

- End to end management of project including analysis, design, and documentation of business processes and requirements
- Create and review functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate testing between vendors, UAT team and the business
- Analyse and develop process maps as-is and to-be
- Prepare and process change requests and review these for benefits, costs, business impacts and viability

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Experience in the delivery of ONLINE and WEBSITE APPLICATION PROJECTS
- Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating with external vendors and stakeholders in the delivery of ICT services
- Change management experience in an IT environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Proven experience in systems design and project development life cycle
