Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to join their team with specialist superannuation industry process and systems experience from both a fund and employer perspective to ensure artefacts prepared are fit for purpose and will support industry take up.

This role is based in the CBD and will require for the candidate to work on 3 DAYS PER WEEK BASIS.

The main duties are:

- ASSISTING IN DEVELOPING A RANGE OF USER BASED SCENARIOS
- ASSIST TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM USE CASES AND USER GUIDES
- SET UP AND CONDUCT WORKSHOPS TO TEST AND REFINE USER SCENARIOS WITH SMALL GROUPS

Skills and experience needed:

- SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF SYSTEMS AND BUSINESS PROCESS UTILISED WITHIN THE SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY
- SOLID BACKGROUND IN CONDUCTING USER WORKSHOPS TO A VARIETY OF STAFF
- EXPERIENCE WITH PAYROLL SYSTEMS AND CONTRIBUTION PROCESSING ISSUES
- EXPERIENCE WITH PRODUCING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN AND VERBAL)
- MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL INTERSTATE
