Business Benefits Analyst / business analyst

Looking for an experienced Business Benefits Analyst to work alongside the Programme Manager to provide business benefits input to key project documentation (PID) and business case. The Ideal candidate will be expected to develop business benefits case for projects, working closely with the project team. You will need to demonstrate business benefits on organisational change and transformation programmes. Along with experience along with experience of quantifying the benefits associated with a change initiative.

Key Skills:

* Demonstrated experience in benefits analysis.

* A strong team player that can show a portfolio of projects previously contributed to business benefits function within transformation programmes

* Experience of working with front- line users and managers on a change initiative (must include workshop facilitation)

* Experience in working in a Prince 2 Project environment is essential

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work well with both technical and non-technical employees

* Experience of baselining, tracking and reporting benefits associated with a change initiative
