Band 6 Crisis & Recovery Community Psychiatric Nurse - Lancashire

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Crisis & Recovery Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Lancashire. This position has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 20-23 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties-
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments (including full mental state examination, risk issues, psychological issues, self harm, homicide, drugs and alcohol etc) in the A this included specialist advice and decision making on a range of care, treatment and patient management issues.
- Working as a dual diagnosis link worker with the dual diagnosis lead
- Demonstrating a high standard of record keeping and documentation

Requirements -
- You must have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience within a Mental Health Team.
- You must have an understanding of your responsibilities under the Care programme Approach, Clinical Governance, Risk Assessment and Child Protection Legislation & NSF's.
- You must have at least a years experience working within the community
