Band 6 Crisis Practitioner - Adults Community Mental Health

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Crisis Practitioner to work within an Adults Community Mental Health Team based in North Lincolnshire. This vacancy has an initial 3-6 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 25-27 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating immediate programmes of care.
- Taking responsibility for gate keeping all hospital admissions.
- Facilitating early discharges from hospital.

Requirement:
- All applicants must have a Registered Mental Health Nurse, with a valid NMC pin.
- Applicants must have at least 1 years post registration experience working as a Crisis Practitioner within an Adults Community Mental Health Team.
