Duties:
- Working with a defined group of service users and their carers within a defined catchment area
- Promoting carer and service user involvement within the service
- Acting up for the team manager in their absence as appropriate
- Assessing and coordinating care needs
Requirements:
All applicants must be a registered mental health nurse (part 3 or 13) with a valid, up to date NMC pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within mental health.
