Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse - South West England

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse (CMHN) to work in the South West of England. This position has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 20-28 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties-
- Being involved in team development, performance management and clinical audit.
- Developing the interface between primary and secondary care services.
- Working holistically with other services and agencies, using resources flexibly and imaginatively to meet need.
- Adhering to a whole life approach that draws on the strengths of the service user to develop their own recovery.
- Contributing to the development of resources.

Requirements -
- You must have a minimum of 2 years post registration experience within a Mental Health Team.
- You must have a minimum of 1 year post registration experience in a community setting.
-You must have an understanding of your responsibilities under the Care programme Approach, Clinical Governance, Risk Assessment and Child Protection Legislation & NSF's.
- Interpersonal, communication and supervision skills. Good telephone manner
- You must have the ability to supervise staff, demonstrating the highest standards.
- You must be computer literate
