You shall be responsible for the continual development of the Balance Sheet reporting processes to ensure that they deliver relevant and robust performance reports, financial commentaries, etc. that are appropriate for key stakeholders to senior management level.
The person required should come with the following experience:
- Strong or proficient IT skills (Business Objects, Spreadsheets & Database)
- An up to date and in-depth knowledge of key legislation, regulation, standards and trends
- Able to understand the changing market conditions and take the necessary steps to pre-empt or address the impact
- Able to identify key issues and provide task leadership when appropriate
- Able to work independently, ability to seek out necessary resources and work in a pressured environment Commercial focus, highly numerical and highly analytical
- Proven delivery in improving efficiency and quality of performance
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal and the ability to influence and challenge the business
