Backup & Storage Administrator

My client is based in Luxembourg. They are looking for a Backup & Storage Administrator, to start ASAP for an initial 12 Month contract.

YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE THAT MATCHES THE FOLLOWING:

Prepare and send morning report to the customer concerning the good health of the backup and NAS infrastructures.
Analysis and resolution of daily backup issues working with Help Desk Ticket System.
Monitoring, analysis and Escalation of critical incidents to the support and colleagues.
Ability to work with customers and maintain a professional attitude and provide good customer service.
Participate in on-call rotation support and be flexible in availability as needed

SKILLS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Experience with EMC Networker backup software.
Experience with physical and virtual tape libraries.
Strong communication and good team spirit.
Ability to solve problems or at least escalade quickly.
Experience or knowledge of Data Domain storage.
Experience or knowledge of DPM backup software a plus
Experience with Netapp storage a plus
