Automotive Project Manager (f/m)

For our client, a global Automotive Tier 1 OEM, we are looking for an Automotive Project Manager (f/m) on a freelance basis.

Project duration: 31.05.2018
Location: Greater Stuttgart

Tasks:
* Coach the pilot project engineers on how to use the processes, checklists, templates and tools defined by the SPICE­3 project.
* Demonstrate how to effectively use these processes & tools.
* Monitor and report the degree of usage and the success and acceptance of the new processes / tools in the pilot projects
* Ensure that the pilot projects are working in compliance with A­SPICE processes
* Monitor the pilot project status and analyse/report the contribution of the new processes to the pilot project results
* Preparation of the pilot project teams for formal A­SPICE assessments
* Propose process improvements based on the inputs from the pilot project team and on the results of the pilot project.

Skills:
* Coaching experience
* Knowledge of Automotive SPICE
* Quality Assurance / Quality Management Knowledge of Agile development techniques
* Experience in the area of Automotive Electronics
* Written English and German is required for this project
