Job Description

Road Test and Rework Area Planning
Specifically for the E/E Process Planning requirements, consolidate the requirements into a coherent strategy and implement the necessary resources to support the Launch and Series requirements. In addition, provide a single point of contact for the Production associates regarding rework subjects.

Vehicle Flash.
The Vehicle Flash (Rework) process falls within the remit of Rework Area Planning and thus the Launch Phase Flash prognosis and subsequent provision of the necessary resources and processes also fall within the scope of this role.

Component Flash
Plan and implement the changes necessary to support the new components necessary to launch the new Product.
Implementing the change management necessary to support the Component Flash Centre during product change points.

ESD
Act as the ESD Representative for the Plant, supporting assessment actions and problem resolution (with support from existing ESD Specialist)

Launch Area EE Planning
Plan and implement the EE Rework facilities and processes necessary to build up and operate the F56 Launch Area (LBH)

Vehicle Energy Planning
Predict the new product Battery condition (Vehicle Energy) against the target values, planning the additional necessary process & facilities (if required) then assess the prediction through the Pre-Series build phases.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

-Hons Degree with 5 years Electrical / Electronic engineering related experience.
-Advanced Test System knowledge ( eg. CASCADE - Control Application Sequences for Coding And Diagnostics Execution )
-3yrs experience of manufacturing including assembly techniques, problem solving skills and project planning
-Good Project Management as well as excellent written and oral skills
-Good office IT skills
-Must be able to communicate with internal and external International partners and have the ability to sell concepts and communicate technical solutions effectively.
-Demonstrate Management House Leadership skills
