Assessor

* Job Title: Assessors
* The Maximum Pay Rate: GBP 200 - GBP 300
* Location: Assessments will be held off site in or around Birmingham
* Contract Length: 05/10/2015 to 31/10/2015

This is support with assessment centres so candidates should come from an HR background and should have assessor experience to include: competency based interviewing, role playing, marking case studies, questioning techniques.

. Ensure that all best practises are shared across the board demonstrating the most effective way of using this information.
. Assisting departments obtain, retain and develop competent, well-qualified professional staff.
. To promote and facilitate cross-fertilisation among related groups.
. Developing and run interview training for mainstream recruitment, maintaining the annual requirements.
. To chair interviews and ensure consistency between panels, preparing board reports, and giving feedback to interviewers if necessary.

Candidates should be experience in assessing across a variety of assessment techniques.
