Projektbeschreibung
The manufacturing engineer must have experience with:
- Selection of new equipment
- Specification of tooling
- Assembly Methods
- Vision systems - detection of mistakes etc
- Presses - Electro presses (e.g pressing PCBs. Its very small "assembly presses" as opposed to large scale presses.
- Ergonomics
- Concept design of machines - Not actually doing design, just being able to interpret what needs building.
Assembly and machine build experience is extremely important.
Machine/Process introduction including:
- Supplier selection
- Ergonomics
- PFMEA
