ASSEMBLER I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MINNETONKA, MN.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Ability to use hand and machine tools
- Ability to accurately measure work in process (WIP) and finished goods in inches or centimeters
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and bending motions

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Observe all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules, including housekeeping practices
- Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits.
- Proactively communicate and address safety concerns.
- Assemble filters using prescribed manufacturing procedures.
- Support business needs in regards to EHS, quality, on time shipments and productivity, including eliminating barriers to achieving business goals.
- Work and cooperate well on a team so team objectives are met.
- Perform in-process inspection of materials to assure conformance with specifications.
- Identify non-conforming material and elements/filters.
- Keep accurate records of lot numbers, model numbers, serial numbers, and tracks labor and material usage.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisor, facilitator, or lead.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
