Area Manager - Beauty (12 month Maternity Cover) - North West or Sheffield - £25,000 - £30,000

Eden Brown are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Area Manager Beauty to work for a Training Provider in Sheffield or North West.

Looking for a dynamic, passionate and motivating person, who can effectively lead a Learner Achievement team to successfully perform, to support learners to realise their qualification as timely achievers on programme and achieve and excel in their targets.

The Learner Achievement teams meet on a Monthly basis locally to discuss performance; share best practice; learner success stories and work together to trouble shoot more challenging situations. You will also have the opportunity to meet with each team member individually to discuss progress and achievement. Our teams use sophisticated MI systems so you can manage the Assessors caseload remotely and we provide all of the tools for you to do this successfully.

To apply for this role you must:

- Experience in driving a successful team to excel in meeting agreed targets;
- Strong leadership experience that demonstrate success in providing solutions to drive performance;
- Experience of recruitment and development planning;
- Experience of successfully managing a remote team;
- Financial Awareness
- Sector Specific Commercial Awareness
- Experience in the Skills industry, specifically in the delivery of Apprenticeships
