Area Delivery Manager

Our client, a major mobile telecoms service provider, requires a team of 'Area Delivery Managers' to join their already thriving Operations Management department.

The successful Area Delivery Manager's responsibilities include:

- Management and interface to an Ericsson sub-contracted ASPs
- Establishment and familiarisation of their assigned program cluster & site list in SiteHandler
- Governance of the Ericsson sub-contracted ASP re: their strict compliance and adherence to their contracted scope of work
- Co-ordination with a group of specialist resources providing Dependent functions and services, H&S, QASIS, Logistics, to deliver an assigned portfolio of sites within the portfolio of clusters assigned
- Support the Ericsson Programme Delivery Manager(s) with governance, reporting and general requirements associated with the Programme and senior level requests
- Ensure inter project activity dependencies are identified, managed, prioritised, reported and managed using appropriate Risk/Issue management techniques and templates

EXPERIENCE

- Extensive Mobile telecommunications delivery/rollout experience specifically GSM/3G/LTE technology
- PMP certified, or an alternative requisite Project Management process knowledge and training
- Have existing knowledge of Ericsson tools and values, including, organisation and processes, and be proficient with Intranet and internal systems
- Proven Team Leader experience
- Experienced at the method and techniques of developing work breakdown structures and project planning, defining, tracking, controlling, recovering, run-rate based deliverables.
