Architect/SME with a Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer Background

As an add-on to our consulting team within our long term customer project at our insurance client in Zurich we are looking for an experienced

ARCHITECT/SME WITH A BUSINESS ANALYST/REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER BACKGROUND (2843)

to act as an interface between our customers business side, the business analysts in place and the external suppliers. In this ongoing role you are responsible to help the (business driven) BAs to technically define their requirements and help them integrate the changes in the existing environment. You will be liaising with Business, IT, Business Analysts and the suppliers.

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience as IT SME, Software Engineer or IT Business Analyst/technical BA
- Good knowledge of Windows system environments, Database systems, data modelling, SQL, Java and/or ASP.NET programming language
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsets
- High proficiency in Microsoft OS toolsets
- Basic skills of Unix systems (AIX) are beneficial
- Good knowledge in IT operations and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Eclipse development environment is an advantage
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- German as a 2nd language is an advantage
- Work experience in an outsourced IT environment is beneficial
- Excellent analytical skills, excellent abstract thinking skills, ability to think out of the box
