We are having a contract role in Helsinki, Finland for the position of Architect - Messaging Office 365 with one of our client. Kindly go through the detailed job description and let me know if you are comfortable with the same.

Job Description:
- VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE IN EXCHANGE 2003, 2007 & 2010 AND OFFICE 365 SERVICE
- ABLE TO CONVERT IDEA'S INTO CREATIVE SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE DIAGRAM WITH LOW LEVEL DESIGN DOCUMENT AND CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS
- EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING HYBRID ENVIRONMENT WITH OFFICE 365 AND INTEGRATION WITH ON-PREMISE ENVIRONMENT. ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CREATING AND CONFIGURING OFFICE 365 TENENTS
- SHOULD HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING ON SINGLE SIGN ON SERVICE USING MICROSOFT ADFS
- EXPERIENCE IN USING MICROSOFT NATIVE MIGRATION TOOL FOR DATA MIGRATION FROM ON-PREMISE TO OFFICE 365 ENVIRONMENT
- SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND OTHER MESSAGING SERVICE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET
- POSSESS EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS INCLUDING EXCELLENT DOCUMENTATION SKILLS
- ABLE TO DEVELOP BUSINESS CASE BASED ON REQUIREMENT ASSESSMENT AND EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE
- EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING COMPLETE END TO END MESSAGING ENVIRONMENT.
- Deployment models and upgrading ie migration strategies for existing on-premise Messaging, integration with Active Directory and other applications.
- Understanding and solution capability for Blackberry service, Anti-virus & Anti-spam solutions on various products
- MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION MCSE, MCSA OR ANY OTHER RELEVANT CERTIFICATION WILL DO.
- Should have spent at least couple of years in management Messaging environment in all levels
- Trend Based Consultation Services, Capacity planning/forecasting
- Performance analysis, Optimization and Tuning, Future upgrade and Migration strategy
- Backup and restore of exchange Servers databases, Setting Disaster recovery policy
- Performing restoration drills, Analysis of backup and restore logs
- Mail routing/management, Installation and configuration of SMTP connector and other connectors
