Applications Support (Daily Rate)

APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ANALYST - DAILY RATE CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Become a focal point of contact for all Investments Staff using existing Applications.
- Build an overall understanding of the functionality provided by the applications
- Provide business support for application users by responding to queries in a timely manner and maintaining contact through issue resolution.
- Provide technical support where necessary and engage with all relevant parties.
- Provide administration support for existing Applications with regards to permission settings and access levels.
- Identify and resolve issues according to agreed processes liaising with development teams where necessary.
- Provide business analyst skills to manage enhancements to applications.

EXPERIENCE:

- The ideal candidate should have experience in a support analyst role within the investment management industry.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and the workflow between front, middle and Back Office applications would be an advantage.
- Experience in use of Incident tracking software tools is a must.
- Candidate is required to be PROFICIENT IN SQL.
