IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Continuous progress reporting, initiating corrective actions and escalation management (if needed) to ensure timely application readiness
-Close collaboration with the IT Function Coordinators
-Dispatch of incident tickets from 2nd to 3rd level support
-Close collaboration with the remediation team as well as application provisioning
-Follow-up on issues involving required resources throughout the project
-Follow-up with Application Owners (if needed)
-Prioritization based on criticality

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in migration/deployment projects (e.g. rollout projects), ideally in the application readiness area
-Practical experience in Project Management/Coordination
-University degree in Business Informatics (or equivalent)
-A technical background is a plus
-Ability to liaise with stakeholders from different hierarchy levels
-Business fluent in English and German (mandatory) Spanish, French and/or Polish
-Familiarity with Windows 10 in enterprise environments
-Practical experience with the Google Office Suite toolset
-Background in application testing, ideally test management, especially for migration readiness
-Web development knowledge , HPSM user knowledge, ITIL (or similar) qualification
