Application Architect - Enterprise Software - Banking - Edinburgh

Global Banking Giant are building a new Team of Solutions Architects to deliver Implementation and Upgrade Projects into different parts of the Bank.

We are looking for strong Architects with Software Development or Application Architecture experience under their belt, ideally within large banking or financial services clients or major Vendor or Systems Integrators.

Experience my client wishes to see:

* Working from Design to Implementation Stages

* Experience in Large Scale Software and Application builds, migrations, implementations or replacement Projects

* Significant hands-on Project and Documentation experience

* Able to work directly with stakeholders and technology teams

* Track record of several end to end Solutions or Projects successfully completed

* Experience in either Banking, Financial Services or large blue chip Enterprise scale technology environments

* Banking Domains preferred include: Core Banking, Retail Banking, Cards, Payments, Credit Risk, MI/EDW

* We would also strongly consider people from Tech Vendors, Software/Hardware companies or Systems Integrators with experience of working directly with the end Customer on Solutions, Migrations or Implementations

* TOGAF/ZACHMAN experience a bonus but not essential. Other relevant Project methodologies or tools also a plus
