MY DUTIES:

- Customize training materials provided by the implementing company to meet JTI's needs
- Create training materials and develop cases for hands-on exercises in accordance with JTI training standards
- Creation of simulations and work instructions relevant to a wide audience of end users
- Conducting remote training (webinars)
- Support stakeholder management in defining target audiences
- Assist in organizing training sessions and monitor training activities

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Clear and understandable English
- Knowledge of adults learning techniques
- Experience in SAP Accounts Payable and/or P2P is advantage
- Experience in SAP Enable Now or other learning content development tools is advantage
