We have a team of excellent developers working away at our City Centre offices, but they are reluctant to adopt Agile methodologies.
We are looking for a person who is/has:
- Experienced at leading/managing software development teams
- Mentored junior developers
- Well versed in Agile - Scrum, Kanban or even XP (SCRUM Master would be ideal)
- An experienced developer (.Net/PHP) who can role up their sleeves and help the junior developers when needed.
- Experienced with Team Foundation Server (~2 years)
