Agile Transformation Expert - French or Dutch Speaking

Whitehall resources are URGENTLY recruiting for a French OR Dutch speaking Agile Transformation Expert for our client in Belgium.

Start: 15/09/17

Duration: 6 months

Location: Belgium

Language: English + either French or Dutch

Rate: Euros/h all in

Requested profile:

- Deep knowledge in DevOps and agile methodologies
- Mastery of the Scrum methodology (eg backlog and spring planning, review and marketplace) and expertise in Lean practices
- Proven experience with interactions with high-level manager (CIO and direct report)
- Expertise in DevOps way of working (eg, continuous delivery, cross-functional team set-ups, development of cross-skilled squad members)
- Experience in transforming organization to adopt Agile
- Experience in mentoring/coaching top managers during the transformation journey
- Experience with working in high-performing agile or DevOps teams
- Reference of Agile/DevOps coaching
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and one of the two following languages: French, Dutch

Additional Information:

Support Junior Coaches and Change Champions in achieving their mission:

* Facilitate adoption of the BizzDevOps way of working
* Support squads in achieving their missions
* Introduce a continuous improvement culture

You will also actively coach some Squads:

* Support the setup of rituals and tools for BizzDevOps squads
* Continuously assess the maturity of squads along a standard BizzDevOps maturity model, in order to close critical gaps and drive continuous improvement
* Support Operations in adopting best practices to work in the BizzDevOps model
* Drive broad collaboration and alignment between squads and their stakeholders
* Facilitate close alignment and ensure regular touchpoints across squads
