Agile Trainer

We seek a highly skilled AGILE TRAINER for a longer term contract deployment with our client, a world class energy provider.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an impeccable portfolio of successful training and transformation projects delivering Agile-centric culture to complex organisations in transition.

The ideal candidate will operate not just within project teams, but in the wider IT stakeholder community. This requires leveraging existing processes and practices into a new Pan Enterprise culture both within Agile Project Delivery but also Scrum Agile Software Development with an emphasis on guiding IT enterprises to the very best practice that an Agile approach can offer.

The Agile Coach, as part of a team of coaches, will be accountable for the Functional Excellence of Agile Project Delivery to segments within the enterprise, and the execution of a projects to build up agile project delivery capabilities in certain delivery vertical groups across the enterprise. This will include coaching and guidance for PDs, PDMs, PMs and project teams in Agile projects.

The coach will help define the vision and strategic objectives of the related Enterprise Processes to ensure Top Quartile performance and identify, assess and implement Best Practices in terms of agile project delivery. A key element of this role is to work with the Agile Lead Practice Analyst in defining an enterprise adoption program for agile project delivery, and take a lead role in executing significant parts of that plan. Another key element is to work with the various business lines to build up independent agile practice support capabilities and agile coaching within the business lines over time.
