Agile Test Manager - Amsterdam

We are looking for a Test manager based in Amsterdam

Experienced candidates should have Test Automation and Agile experience

3-6 month Contract position

Hour rate in Euros Negotiable

Job description:

- Test manager with extensive experience in testing and test management
- Should have written and implemented test strategy for large organizations with a diverse IT landscape
- Knowledge and working in Agile methodology and Agile metrics is preferred
- Should be able to propagate and implement test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams, onsite and offshore
- Should also have good knowledge of various testing metrics, different testing life cycles (Agile, Waterfall, V model) and test processes
- Knowledge in Telecom domain will be an advantage
- Should be a good negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Must be a good leader, who can inspire people for change
- Should be aware of change management processes
- Good in requirement understanding, preparation of test strategy and plans and defect management
- Should communicate effectively with all stake holders and coach and mentor teams
- Should have excellent customer facing skills

- Roll out process improvements and suggestions across teams
- Able to measure key metrics and trend
- Monitor adherence to process
- Pilot process in one team and propagate it across teams
