Agile&Lean Transformation Technical Expert - Software R&D
To improve the efficiency of software development, and to reduce the waste and cost of software development, we have to transform to Agile&Lean.
So we are recruiting Agile&Lean Transformation Technical Expert working with our software development team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Put Agile&Lean practices and methods to a wide spread of Huawei.
- Build a series of tools for Agile&Lean software development.
- Design the best architecture of software for applied Agile&Lean.
- Change the process of software development to adopt the Agile&Lean methodologies.
- Analyze and resolve the problems which we meet.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS (DOMAIN SPECIFIC, PARTIAL QUALIFICATIONS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT)
- Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications
- Familiar with the Agile&Lean methods of software development.
- At least 10 years of R&D working experience in Telecom software.
- Have the success practices in Telecom Software development. Key technical role in leading Agile
- Worldwide short-term travels are required
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
