Advertising Production Controller (Short-term contract)

A world leading, travel media/publishing company requires a pro-active and efficient Advertising Production Controller for a short term contract during November. The role will involve working on their flagship weekly title and a quarterly title, as well as their website.

Responsibilities will include;
- Copy, chase and process copy.
- Sending PO to printers.
- Placing fractional adverts onto editorial pages (Quark).
- Making page layouts/PDFs for recruitment and classified pages (usually 3/4 pages), with minimal setting of adverts (Quark).
- Uploading page PDFs to online printer flatplan.
- Creating flatplan for following weeks issue.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Quark, InDesign and Google DFP (Doubleclick) (desirable).
