Advertising Account Manager

Advertising Account Manager urgently required for an exciting opportunity based in Dublin. The Account Manager has a central role in the development of the relationship with advertisers and ad agencies and ensures that all campaigns are fulfilled in line with the customer's requirements and expectations.
Reporting to a Europe Central Group Account Manager, the AM will be managing mid-tier ad agencies accounts for all their advertising needs and liaise with all relevant groups in the local markets to ensure the development of these accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Deliver against all KPIs/Commitments
*Develop excellent customer/partner satisfaction whilst maximising yield across accounts
*Build relationship with local markets
*Develop the customer relationship and business through effective campaign management, delivery and analysis
*Assist Account Executive in achievement of revenue goal against defined customer base
*Deliver all reporting and on-going measurement requirements on time
*Proactively look for new ways to maximise operational efficiencies in campaign management
Skills and experience required:
*Fluency in English and either Dutch, French or German
*Strong proven Account Management/Client Services experience in the online environment - Media Agency experience is desirable.
*In depth knowledge of the on-line advertising industry
*High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
*Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills
*Adept at dealing with ambiguity and a frequently changing work environment
*Ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organisational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills required
*Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with demonstrated success in performing under resource and time constraints
*Demonstrate the ability to coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other groups
*Experience: Sales organisation experience preferred
*Knowledge of the Norwegian market preferred
