Advanced Services Operations Co-Ordinator

- Supporting the Advanced Services management team to ensure we respond efficiently to new business opportunities.
- Quoting for our client's Care Plus and Resident Engineer services
- Creation and management of contractual paperwork
- Creation of Open Air Projects for each new contract
- Support of on-boarding contract staff for Resident Engineer positions
- Administration of resource information to ensure data availability for reporting and forecasting of business
- Strong communication skills essential and quick learner who is self motivated and able to operate well in a small team
- English language must be very strong. Additional languages not required but a benefit
- Flexible and open to working in a dynamic environment where interruptions can occur
- Organized, structured, able to follow process and solve problems
- Strong initiative important and ability to work unsupervised
