MY DUTIES:

-Collaborate with key-stakeholders to develop advanced analytics requirements and use cases for various data source types
-Document scientific questions and analytical use cases to drive design, prioritization, and optimization of PHC Advanced Analytics platform
-Support any additional effort like business process analysis, best practice research, user-centric functional design, vendor evaluations, systems assessments, and user acceptance testing facilitation
-Plan and facilitate workshops and end-user working sessions intended to surface requirements and validate designs
-Be accountable for documentation like User Requirements; Functional and/or technical specifications; Process flow diagrams; Training documentation and/or work instructions; Computer System Validation documents
-Configure system settings and/or options
-Participate in meetings, document discussions, and provide attendees with clear meeting outcomes and action items
-Facilitate and/or support customers in UAT planning and execution
-Drive resolution of business risks or systems issues

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Deep work experience as an IT-Business-Systems-Analyst and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and evolving environment
-Exposure to and/or experience of integrating statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
-Understanding of underlying computational requirements for performing advanced analytics (e.g. OS capabilities, correlation matrix generation, parallelization, TPU/GPU, etc.)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy as well as fluency in English
-Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas and to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
-Experience and understanding of application development methodology - including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional and non-functional requirements, data flow modelling, use case development, capability to solution mapping, test case development and execution
-Ability to rapidly understand business requirements and communicate business expectations to cross-functional technology development teams
-Experience with and understanding of any of the following areas is a plus: Cloud Infrastructure; Computer systems validation; Different Data modalities e.g. : Imaging, Electronic Health Records, Genomics, Real World Data, Clinical Trial Data, and Digital Health data; Open source technologies (R, Python, Github, etc.)
