The role will focus on the Personalisation agenda and the idea of 'Choice and Control'. Giving the end user and carers input into the type of services they require and the way they are delivered. It will involve supporting the Council to develop a strategy to engage with users and carers and help roll this out - planning and leading events.
The ideal individual for this role will have worked within Adult Social Care previously and have an understanding of the Personalisation agenda. You will have led user/carer engagement and will be able to support the Council in developing a strategy to move forward.
