ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FORT COLLINS, CO PART TIME CONTRACT POSITION

This is a par time position of about 20 hours a week after. Hours are flexible within an 8-5 day.

Job assignment will consist of learning the best methods surrounding the ongoing daily support of the IPS tool which customers utilize to report technical questions/issues executing on a daily basis. Required system update via web based tools of all supported accounts, end users, products, product owners, issue owners, product routing rules in the system. Includes creating new product, enabling internal and external end user to the various products as well as associated routing rules.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Solid computer/web based experience
- Use of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, occasionally PowerPoint
- Excellent listener
- Solid critical thinking skills and can deliver under time constraints
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Quick learner
- Can work in a diverse workplace.
- Works in a close team environment
- Works with minimal supervision once learning curve has been achieved
- Patience, tenacity, sense of humor
