CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client specializes in construction and engineering, staffing and defense, helping leading corporations and governments make the world a better place.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position will support a plant engineering staff of approximately 40 individuals.
- Duties included but not limited to: general admin tasks, invoice reconciliation, material requisition, meeting room scheduling and setup, SAP entry and report extraction, spreadsheet and SharePoint site maintenance.
- Set up and maintain a SharePoint site for the department.
- Write formulas, create graphs, work with pivot tables, do conditional formatting, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills - Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and MS Word is a must
- Proficiency with SharePoint.
- SAP experience is a strong plus.
- Must be able to write formulas, create graphs and work with pivot tables.
