Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our client in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide general support to Operations Management staff including Vice-President, Plant Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.
- Function as company contact and facilitator for ERP system.
- Under direct supervision, provide general administrative support to compile and analyze basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; prepare charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
- On a daily basis, enter required production and quality data into ERP system. Working with production and quality personnel, confirm data is accurate.
- Performing other clerical duties as needed, such as creating/typing reports or letter, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate, complete, and submit weekly meeting notes as well as weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Keeps management up to date by collecting information and preparing reports.
- Provides professional administrative support.
- Interact daily with employees and management.
- Assist as needed with daily correspondence.
- Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filling system for the Vice President and the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the Vice President, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentation, disseminating information, and coordinating direct mailings.
- Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Verbally communicate with employees at all levels, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects.
- Efficiently utilize a personal computer outfitted with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma. Prefer some college.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strongly prefer bilingual (Spanish).
