AD SUPPORT (MIGRATION EXPERT)
AD support (Migration Expert): AD support (Migration Expert) is urgently required for a long term contract, for a BlueChip company paying amazing rates in a great location.
If you are not the AD support (Migration Expert) my client is looking for but you knoew just the person, let me know. You could help them out and also yourself with a cheque up to 1k for successfully placed candidates.
The AD support (Migration Expert) will have the following daily tasks:
- Overall responsibility for delivering services as per agreements and contracts with customer in scope
- Communication to the Account Team Globally about the importance of meeting customer requirements including the statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Ensure customer satisfaction with respect to delivery
- Meeting internal quality guidelines and standards
THE AD SUPPORT, MIGRATION EXPERT SHOULD IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED SKILLS:
Client Management
Manages day-to-day client interaction.
Sets and manages client expectations.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
Required Background/Experience/Certifications
College or University Degree
Experience in Service Transition and Service Operations of a EUC Support
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ( IT Operations/EUC/AD/Infrastructure Support)
Proven records of managing teams, people and performance management
Acumen to understand cultural diversity and ability to adapt.
Good understanding of the industry and domain (technical knowledge)
