AD, Stat Programming - NJ - Top Pharmaceutical Company

My client is an outstanding pharmaceutical company who I am working with exclusively, located in theNew Jerseyarea, with a robust drug pipeline looking for an outstanding leader to be their next Associate Director, Statistical Programming Head.

You will be involved:

+ Head of Department area

+ Manage various CRO's and up to 10 direct reports

+ Lead the programming submission related activities

+ External client facing role

+ Establish standards for programming and establish efficiency within the group

+ Report to Global Head

ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET BELOW:

+ 10+ years' statistical programming experience

+ 6+ years' supervisory experience

+ Excellent leadership ability with proven track record

+ Submissions experience

+ CDISC and ISS/ISE background

+ B.S. degree
