+ Engaging in actively sourcing IT experts and managers via target group-specific online platforms
+ Selecting appropriate recruitment channels and a target group-specific contact approach
+ Identifying potential candidates and initiating contact
+ Making initial phone calls
+ Reporting all activities and deriving adequate measures
+ Several years of professional experience in IT recruitment, particularly in active sourcing
+ Theoretical and practical knowledge of conversational skills
+ Enthusiasm for recruitment topics
+ Strong communication skills with an independent and active approach to work
+ Business fluent in German and English
