Active Directory Project Supporter (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung
-Purpose of this role is to support the employees during the migration phase from their old domain to the new single domain (project work):
-Preparation and set-up the transition of Active Directory domains with people in authority for the client's domains following a well-known and document process using tools like Q1IM, QMM, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO etc.
-Problem ticket handling (deviations from standards, special cases)
-Tracking of tasks (migration procedures)
-Control and support of the transition of AD Groups & Servers together with people in authority for the client's domains (starting 2014)
-Testing of Quest Q1IM configuration
-Coordination of implementation task together with Quest engineers
-Domain Controller installation and configuration
-Assist project teams with technical issues
-Work on automation tasks for the transition of domains (power shell scripting)
-Design and validate user manuals, guidelines and policies
-Group Policy know how (Enterprise level is a plus)
-Good Active Directory knowledge (Enterprise level preferred)
-Scripting knowledge (Powershell 2.0, 3.0)
-Server installation and configuration knowledge (Windows Server 2008 R2)
-Team player
-Fluency in English written and verbal
-Support and Ticketing experience
-Able to work independently, organized working style, able to priorize tasks
-Able to work under pressure
-Professionalism, good attitude and appropriate behavior with internal employees and customer
