Ab Initio Developer

SENIOR AB INITIO DEVELOPER

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of successfully developing software involving Ab Initio development.
- Experience in working within an offshore delivery model
- 8+ years of software development experience with 6+ years of development using Ab Initio.
- Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

SKILLS:

- Experience in Ab Initio (3.0 and above)
- Batch graphs, Continuous flows, >Conductit, Micrographs, Web services, Multifiles system, Parallel processing, Meta programming and Resource management of processes.
- Proficient in Shell Scripting (Korn, Bash), XML.
- RDBMS -Db2/Oracle/SQL Server
- Scheduling tools like Autosys, Korn, ControlM
- Connectivity protocols - Knowledge of NDM, MQ, JMS, SFTP.
- Well versed with automated testing for Abinitio

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Knowledge of DataWarehouing
- Knowledge in Custdy
- Experience with working on projects using different development methodologies
