BASIC TASKS:

- POS register and POS printer component level repair
- Laptop, desktop component level repair
- Basic printer and basic Laser (non multi-function) component level repair
- Scripted image, patches, and anti-virus loads
- Basic software configuration and system backups
- High end multi-function printer replacement and scripted configuration
- Wireless access whole unit replacement
- Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions
- Basic cable troubleshooting
- Install, test and operates basic operating system software
- Ability to handle warranty certification calls

CERTIFICATIONS:

- A+

ABILITIES:

- Read and follow written directions
- Write legibly and accurately
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required
- Pass background and drug check, as required
- Basic client level communications
- Work with minimal direction
